- Equipment List The AAC/PKOB, Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one DocQvoice Standard System IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 1 Apr 2012.This requirement is for: Hardware/Software Maintenance Contract for Radiology and Pathology Transcription System for 96 MDG, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 See Attachment 1 for the Equipment List This contract will be Base + 2 (two) Option Years The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811212, small business size standard: $25 Million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
