- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is soliciting quotes for contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, parts, tools, travel, and supervision necessary to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and unlimited emergency repair service on the automatic doors located at the Jesse Brown VAMC, 820 S. Damen Ave., Chicago, IL 60612. Solicitation is for the base period of March 19, 2012 through February 28, 2013, with four (4) option years. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 561790, Size Standard is $7 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
