- Questions and Responses The purpose of Amendment #A001 is to: 1) incorporate the attached Questions and Responses; 2) modify Section XV, Item C has been revised as follows: Offerors shall submit at least (2) two descriptions of projects demonstrating the Instructor's experience with the following (include description; dollar value; period of performance; contact name and phone number). Note, if the instructor does not have two (2) projects that can address all 9 of the following factors, a project description for each of the 9 factors for the Instructor must be submitted; and to 3) modify the response date to 12:00 pm EST, March 14, 2012. NOTE, in your proposal submission you must acknowledge receipt of this amendment. The contracting specialist for this amendment is Robin Jeffries at robin.jeffries@nih.gov.
