- PR No: 0043715995; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Nozzle, Fuel Injection utilized on the F101 Aircraft Engine. This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract. Item is source, export, and configuration controlled. Item is Critical Safety. NSN: 2915-01-208-0163 OEM: General Electric Company CAGE 07482 DRAWING NR 5050M39 Approved Source: Parker Hannifin Corporation CAGE 09523 P/N 6810153M3 120 ea Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 180 days One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
