- Description
- The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Phila Site intends to purchase Functional Capability Boards (FCBs) support services for the Joint Staff. It is anticipated that award of a single, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract will result from this solicitation. The specific task areas include planning, analysis, monitoring, evaluation, assessment and documentation of programs required to satisfy FCB needs. The resulting contract will be for a base year with two one-year option periods. The work will be performed at the Pentagon, Washington DC to support the following FCBs: Battlespace Awareness FCB, Logistics FCB, Building Partnership FCB, Command and Control FCB, Net-Centric FCB, Forces Support FCB, Force Application FCB and Protection FCB. For planning purposes only, it is estimated that the government will call for 210,000 man-hours of service over the life of the contract if all options are exercised. Offerors shall be required to submit both cost and technical proposals. The applicable NAICS code is 541330 ($4.5M in annual receipts). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Site. The solicitation will be issued electronically via the Navy Electronic Commerce OnLine (NECO) and can be found at www.neco.navy.mil. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFP and any amendments. The Government will not pay for the information received.
