- The Government intends to procure, under only one responsible source and no other suppliers will satisfy agency requirements, the following item: 1. SEL-3530 Real-Time Automation Controller (RTAC) manufactured by Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. which includes the following features: a. Compatible with existing Legacy SEL-351S Protection and Breaker Control Relay utilizing existing SEL Fast Message Protocol and existing Serial connections. b. Autoconfiguration of communication ports for connection to existing Legacy SEL-351S relays. c. Allows forcing of existing Legacy SEL-351S relay tags (status, analogs and/or controls) to static values for troubleshooting and diagnostics purposes. This should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation. Interested parties with a comparable product meeting the requirements are invited to submit complete product information and specifications. Any information provided to the Government in response to this RFI will become U.S. Government property and will not be returned. All proprietary or classified information will be treated appropriately. Interested parties shall submit information and specifications to Ms. Rika Delaunay via email at rika.delaunay@navy.mil. Interested parties should respond to this announcement by 23 March 2012 at 4:00 p.m. H.S.T.
