- The Nez Perce - Clearwater National Forests are seeking health screening and health assessment sources. Each service will include an employee consultation to go over the results. The services will be performed for approximately 100-200 employees. Services shall include: 1. Health Screening. Blood Draw - Basic Blood Panel Screen, TSH (Thyroid0 and PST (Prostrate Cancer Screening) 2. Health Assessment - Physical Capacity will measure • Aerobic capacity (using a stationary bicycle) • Body fat composition (caliper method) • Sit and reach flexibility test • Muscular endurance (sit-ups; used to indicate back fitness) • Electrocardiogram (EKG) (optional) • Effective Lung Capacity Location of services are: Health Screening, six locations in central Idaho; Orofino, Grangeville, Kamiah, Moscow, Elk City and Powell RD (45 miles east of Missoula, MT) Health Assessment, four locations in Idaho; Orofino, Grangeville, Moscow and Powell RD (45 miles east of Missoula, MT) This announcement is part of our market research and sources are sought that have the knowledge, skills and capability to perform the service.
