- RFQ is attached This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is a request for quote (RFQ). The incorporated document and provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29, and DFARS Change Notice 20090115. This requirement is being synopsized as a competitive small business set-aside acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333618, FSC code 2990. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for parts for JP-5, 200hp, and QST-35 engines. All parts must be from Mercury Marine. Item Descriptions, Part Numbers and Quantities are as listed in RFQ N00421-12-T-0195 which is attached.
