- Description
- The Small Business Administration, Denver Finance Center, Denver, Colorado, has a requirement for high-volume printing and mail services for borrower and lender payment notifications, yearly Internal Revenue Service reporting, and miscellaneous mailings resulting from SBA communication requirements. It is anticipated that one contract with fully-loaded, firm-fixed pricing will be awarded. The contract will use a non-commercial services format. It is estimated that performance will commence about July 1, 2012, and that the contract will be for a base year and four option years. The Solicitation / Request for Proposals (RFPs) will be issued on or about April 5, 2012 with responses due from contractors / vendors on or about 5:00 p.m., Mountain Time, May 7, 2012. Interested contractors / vendors may obtain a copy of the RFP on this website at the time the Solicitation / Request for Proposals (RFPs) is posted. All interested contractors / vendors should download the Solicitation / RFP and its attached solicitation documents from this website, and provide a written response by the due date indicated on the solicitation documents. Only written responses received by the due date will be accepted. Telephone, email, and FAX responses will not be accepted. The Solicitation / Request for Proposals (RFPs) is being issued using full and open competition.
