- WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY, WEAPON / 36A / HMMWV and TOW TRUCK CARRIER / NSN: 4010-01-271-2598 NSN: 4010-01-271-2598, WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DLA AVIATION currently DOES NOT have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 64 days. This NSN is NOT commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited Unrestricted. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 20400 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 5100 each and only applies to the Base Year. These quantities will be the same for the Base Year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 03/23/2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
