Description
Sole Source Justification Letter Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for Carticel for Travis AFB. This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM442720590854. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55, effective 03 Jan 2012, DPN 20111220, effective 20 Dec 2011 and AFAC 2012-0104, effective 04 Jan 2012. This acquisition will be solicited as a Sole Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112. The business size standard is 500 employees.
