- CRANE SPRINGS NOXIOUS WEED TREATMENT - BLM ELKO DISTRICT OFFICE, ELKO, NV Ground based herbicide spraying treatment of all noxious weeds within the approximate 1,637 acre project area. The primary weed species known to exist within the contract area is Scotch thistle. Other noxious weeds known to exist within the immediate area include (but are not limited to): hoary cress and bull thistle. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, chemicals, tools, materials, supervision, supplies, and incidentals; and perform all work necessary to complete application in accordance with these specifications, the Detailed Specifications in this contract, and the Herbicide Label(s).
