- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-12-T-0047 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 8 Mar 2012. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System coder is 561621. This procurement constitutes CLINs 0001, 0002, 0003, and Option CLINs 1001, 1002, 2001, 2002. Required Service and Descriptions are as follows: CLIN 0001: Software updates and remote help desk support of existing AMAG access control systems: System One. CLIN 0002: Maintenance Contract for software updates and remote help desk support of existing AMAG access control systems: System Two. CLIN 0003: Per Diem and Travel Related Expense. Option CLIN 1001: Software updates and remote help desk support of existing AMAG access control systems: System One and System Two. Option CLIN 1002: Per Diem and Travel Related Expense. Option CLIN 2001: Software updates and remote help desk support of existing AMAG access control systems: System One and System Two. Option CLIN 2002: Per Diem and Travel Related Expense. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible quoter whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Quoters must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 8 Mar 2012. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following websites https://www.neco.navy.mil and or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-12-T-0047.
