This version reflects the comment resolution matrix (Questions and Answers) based on industry inputs received through 16 Feb 2012. This update is provided with no industry comment period. As a future activity, the Government intends to release the final RFP and hold an Industry Day to formalize the launch of SAFS. Q&As will be allowed through this activity. Based on current status, release of the SAFS RFP is anticipated April 2012.
