- This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. In addition to the NSNs specified in Section B of this solicitation, the scope of this contract include all DLA and DoD managed NSN for which one, any, or all of the following is/are approved source(s): Tognum America, Inc (72582). NSNs within the scope may be added to this initiative or any resulting contract at a later date in accordance with clause I16C04 - Addition/Deletion of Items. The solicitation will be available on or about 21 March 12 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
