- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Any procurement related to this announcement will be published as a separate solicitation in FedBizOpps. This synopsis does not commit the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted in response to this synopsis. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue solicitation# DJD-12-R-0015 for nationwide accounting and financial support services in support of the DEA. Contractor support will enable the DEA to continue to required level of financial efforts to meet the DEA’s goals and objectives and to ensure full compliance with Federal laws, DOJ mandates and DEA policy. Services are required DEA nationwide. The solicitation is designated for Total Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated contract type is a single award, ID/IQ, Labor Hour with fixed hourly rate task orders. Minimum and maximum quantities and specifications will be listed in the solicitation. The expected period of performance will be for a 12-month base period and four one-year option periods. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA. The DEA plans to issue the solicitation on or about March 20, 2012. The solicitation will be issued by electronic posting on www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors shall monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. It is the offeror's responsibility to download their own copy of the solicitation and any amendments.
