- End Item Application: 80 A, Truck Vehicle System, 1 1/4 Ton (HMMVV) This solicitation will contain one NSN 5365-01-571-8456 for a Ring Spacer. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 6,841 with an 100% option. FOB, Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery, 30 Days ARO. This procurement will be solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business implementing Clause 52.219-27. This procurement shall be in accordance with basic drawing NR 19207 12518523 DTD 08 Oct 16. The quantity variance is zero. Effective 1 June 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of the dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is 21 March 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
