- Description
- The subject acquisition is for 8 NSNs with various item descriptions. The major FSCs of this requirement are: 2510, 2530, 2910, 2920, and 5930. An indefinite quantity contract with a base year and two option years is anticipated, at the discretion of the Government. The total duration, base plus option years shall not exceed 3 years. Items will be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS and OCONUS. Increments and delivery schedule will be notated with the RFP. Unrestricted. Other than Full and Open Competition 10 USC 2304(c). FOB Destintation and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is requested. Solicitation will be made available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ after the solicitation date of March 21, 2012. Based upon Market research the Government will be using the policies in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, in the solicitation for the described supplies or services. Millitary specifications cannot be provided by DLA Land and Maritime. Hard copies are not available. There are no technical drawings /bid sets available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and any other factors as listed in the solicitation. All offers shall be in the English Language and in US Dollars.
