- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply, Radiotherapy Workstation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. This requirement is categorized under NAICS: 339112 and has a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is for Brand Name or equal. "Equal" quotations shall include manufacturer, part number, warranty, and sufficient salient information to clearly discern the product as equal. Failure to include sufficient technical supporting documentation will deem the proposal as non-responsive. Award will be made to the quotation which is the lowest-price-technically-acceptable. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all. The Department of the Army, Healthcare Acquisition Activity- North has a requirement to purchase: 001 Existing Ecl Serv Lic Insp Catalog#: TPB001076005 Description: Existing Eclipse Server Licenses-Inspiration Configuration 1 EA 002 Eclipse IMX SFW-Additional Catalog#: TPB001005001 Description: An additional software package for an Eclipse Integrated Treatment Planning optimized for IMRT Planning. FEATURE(S): 1. Base treatment planning software which includes multi-modality image support including PET contouring, image registration and blending, clinical protocols, advanced segmentation, virtual simulation, beam placement, plan evaluation, electronic plan approval, electronic chart and configurable printing of plan documentation. 2. 2D and 3D dose calculation on a distributed calculation framework including beam configuration, IRREG, 3D conformal and field in field planning using Anisotropic Analytical Algorithm (AAA) or pencil beam convolution, and electron calculation using Generalized Gaussian Pencil Beam. 3. 2D BrachyVision for film based brachytherapy planning. 4.
