- The Army Contracting Command New Jersey at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement Research and Development Management, Production Management, Test Management, Earned Value Management, and, Logistics Management. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. It is the Government's intent to make multiple awards. The total value of all potential orders issued under all awarded contracts will not exceed $9,900,000. Additional information will be provided in the uploaded RFP. The offerors whose proposals represent the best value to the Government based upon the evaluation of written proposals will be selected. The Solicitation will be issued on or about March 20, 2012 and be available on http://procnet.pica.army.mil.
