- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - APG,Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, to Agilent Technologies, Inc., Wilmington, DE, for an Mx3005P QPCR System genomics machine plus accessories and three years of maintenance support. This machine will share gene expression analysis and related analytical workload with the existing Agilent qRT-PCR machine already installed at Natick,, and must be compatible with the existing supporting system. Agilent Technologies is the sole proprietor of this product with no other manufacturers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516.
