- This update corrects the Classification Code only UPDATED ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE OFFEROR'S LIBRARY: - The link provided for the Offeror's Library in the previous posting on 5 March 2012 (https://www.us.army.mil/suite/files/35073661) does not work outside of the Government. - To get to the Offeror's Library, log into AKO (https://www.us.army.mil), then click the "Files" tab in the row of boxes at the top right of the screen. On the next screen, an orange star will be located at the top center of the page. Click the link next to the star labeled "Favorite Files and Folders." - On the next screen, you will see a folder titled "CNTPO OFFERORS LIBRARY." Click on the folder link and the next screen will display the four domain folders. Click on a domain folder link and the next screen will display the individual TORP documents.
