- The purpose of this Amendment 4 is to revise RFP page 39, paragraph 3 to read: The Offeror shall provide sufficient information concerning the financial status of the company and the various business partnerships that it utilizes for making equity advances or home purchases. Specifically the Offeror shall address the availability of sufficient capital and its access to various industry partners and networks to achieve the objectives of the contract. In addition to any other financial information that the Offeror provides, it shall provide a Dun & Bradstreet "Comprehensive Report" for itself and for any subcontractors that will provide equity advances or will purchase properties under this contract. The following ratings may be evaluated as significant risk indicators: Financial Stress Class of other than "1" or "2" Credit Score Class of other than "1" or "2" D&B Paydex of less than "Industry Mean"
