- Oil and Electrical Test Reports Amendment 00002 **** 6 MAR 2012: Posting Amendment 0002 to include Oil and Electrical Test reports. **** 29 FEB 2012: SITE VISIT ROSTER IS NOW POSTED. **** AMENDMENT 0001 is now posted. Please review amendment for details. **** Solicitation is now posted. Please see solicitation page 2 for information for site visit. **** December 15, 2011: The RFP for this procurement will be posted on/about 12 January 2012. **** Arnold Air Force Base (AEDC), Tennessee, has a requirement to provide all engineering services, materials, equipment, labor, tools, oil reclamation (if required), transportation, storage, and disposal needed to replace bushings on an Allis-Chalmers 154/6.9kV, 3 MVA, 3-winding transformer at Arnold AFB, TN. The period of performance will be stated in the Request for Proposal. Please register as an interested vendor to be notified of Request for Proposal (RFP), amendments, etc. when they are posted on FBO. It is the responsibility of the vendor (even those registered as an interested vendor) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all of the available information prior to proposal due date and until contract is awarded. Vendors will not be contacted individually when amendments are posted. THE RFP WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 8 Dec, 2011. This procurement is not set-aside for small businesses. Please review the solicitation and all attachments for details on the requirement, such as the specification, instructions to offerors, and evaluation method. Funds are available.
