- This acquisition will be solicited to establish a Firm Fixed Contract covering NSN 5995-01-530-2734, CABLE ASSEMBLY, Printed, Flexible. Government First Article Testing required for this procurement for 1 unit, with 120 days to provide FAT sample and 60 for government evaluation. Waived source(s) of supply HAMBY CORPORATION (07284) P/N 5099599; RAYTHEON COMPANY (82577) P/N 5099599; ALEKTRONICS, INC (0DR48) P/N 5099599 (contitionally approved source). FOB Destination and Inspection Origin and Acceptance Destination are required. Stock location for this requirement is Tracy, CA. This is a critical application item. ; FAT sample delivery 120 days, and Government test and evaluation 60 days; Production delivery of 84 days ARO; Total delivery 264 days ARO. PR quantity is 22. Quantity variance is plus/minus zero. Solicitation is a Unresticited. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about March 12,2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
