- AMENDMENT #1 to the SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Title: U.S. Contractors Expertise Sought to Support Cleanup of Fukushima In order to effectively facilitate contractor interest for the subject request, all questions or concerns pertaining to this effort for the Governor of Fukushima shall be directed to the following DOE Contracting Officer: Lori Sehlhorst Email: lori.sehlhorst@emcbc.doe.gov Phone: (513) 744-0989 Interested parties should not call the Fukushima Governor's office. Additionally, material from the referenced the DOE October 2011 and February 2012 workshops are not available to the public, and DOE does not plan to make them public at this time. Please see the following Japanese websites for the latest information on Fukushima. Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) - Responsible for onsite cleanup of Fukushima: http://www.meti.go.jp/english/ Ministry of Environment (MOE) - Responsible for offsite cleanup for Fukushima: http://www.env.go.jp/en/ Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) - Utility that operates the Fukushima reactors: http://www.tepco.co.jp/en/index-e.html REMINDER: All capability statements shall be submitted electronically to the e-mail address at lori.sehlhorst@emcbc.doe.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Wednesday, March 7, 2012.
