- Limited Source Justification In accordance with FAR 6.302, the IRS Office of Treasury Procurement Services (OTPS) intends to award a Fixed Price sole source contract for the records management web based training redesign to Front Rowe, Inc, 11325 Random Hills Rd, Suite 100, Fairfax, VA 22030 operating under NAICS code 541519 with a Period of Performance of 60 days from date of award. Software modifications and upgrade services are needed to support the Department of Treasury Records and Information Management Mission.
