- Attachment J7a RFP 2012370010 with attachments J20, J21, and J22 attached This solicitationis issued to obtain services to remove cylinders that contain fire extinguisher media (FEM) and dry chemicals. The subcontractor shall remove cylinders from site, remove contents from cylinders, clean cylinders, and return cylinders to a central warehouse location. The subcontractor shall provide restitution to the Government for recycled/reclaimed material by way of credit applied to their pricing. If material is to be disposed of, the subcontractor shall provide proof of disposal. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 20, 2012. Visitor Notification Forms must be submitted on or before March 16, 2012 in accordance with Paragraph H.4. The 10-day notification period in Paragraph H.4 is for work under the subcontract and does not apply to the pre-bid meeting. No phone calls will be accepted or acknowledged regarding this solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing.
