- Procurement of medical/surgical equipment/furniture for Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, that will increase operational and procedural efficiency. Pacific Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to Armstrong Medical Industries Inc., 575 Knightsbridge Pkwy, Lincolnshire, IL 60069-3634. The items requested must be brand name only due to standardization. No substitutes requirement. Please bid as specified. The items are: (1) ITEM # PEL SG 24 / AUTO LOCKING CART, SAGE GREEN, QTY - 12; (2) ITEM # PEL PR / FACTORY INSTALLED PROX READER, QTY - 12; (3) ITEM # PSN 3 / NEW PREMIER SIDE SHELF, QTY - 12; (4) ITEM # CSF / CUSTOMIZATION FEE; (5) SHIPPING. Mfr: Armstrong Medical Industries Inc. All items shall be shipped directly to Tripler Army Medical Center, 161 Krukowski Road, Bldg. 161, Upper Level, Honolulu, HI. 96859-5000. FOB Destination.
