- Lawn Maintenance Request for Proposal (RFP) Wage Determination Lawn Pricing Matrix Lawn Base Map Lawn Perfromance Work Statement (PWS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for landscaping services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HSCG79-12-P-PTY023, in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation is for landscaping service, mowing, trimming, edging, hedging maintenance, shrub maintenance, mulch bed maintenance, leaf removal, core aeration, seeding, mulching and fertilizing. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55, Effective 2 February 2012. Site visits are encouraged and must be requested by 1600 March 12, 2012 to William.e.lewis2@uscg.mil. The site visit will be held on March 15, 2012 at 1000. Venders may submit questions by March 16, 2012 by 1600 and responses will be emailed to all venders attending the site visit on or about March 19, 2012. The Government intends to award a one (1) base year and four (4) option years Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA). The Government requires all contractors doing business with the Government to be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and must be authorized to receive payment through the Government Credit Card Program. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses only. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7,000,000. Women owned and disabled veteran owned small businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. The Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) Performance Work Statement (PWS) is hereby attached as a separate document (Attachment #1) for all products/services to be provided under this requirement. A diagram of the grounds to be mowed is provided as (Attachment #2) and a Pricing Matrix for proposal submission (Attachment #3).
