- Past Performance Questionnaire Solicitation FDA1100305 The FDA has a requirement to replace a spectrophotometer that has outdated software that is too old to use Windows XP or 7. The FDA cannot upgrade the computer that runs this equipment, thus data cannot be directly transferred to our computers for statistical analysis (each data point has to be hand-entered). This plate reader will be used for all projects in the Immunobiology Branch of FDA, and is a standard piece of equipment for performance of quantitative immunoassays.
