- CRH UPDATE (As of 6 March 2012): A previous posting notified industry of a tentative meeting on 13 Mar 2012 in Dayton, OH, in order to walk through the draft RFP. In order for this meeting to be as effective as possible, industry needs to have the opportunity to perform a cursory review of the draft RFP prior to the meeting. The Government will not be able to release the draft RFP before 13 Mar 2012 in time for this to take place. Therefore, the meeting with industry is postponed until 20 Mar 2012. The Government will release the draft RFP NLT 16 Mar 2012. The location will be the same as the Jan 2012 Industry Day, BAE Systems Facility located at 4032 Linden Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, 45431. The 20 Mar 2012 Industry Day will be from 8:30am to approx 12:30pm and will consist of a walk-through of the RFP emphasizing particular areas or areas that have changed since the Jan 2012 Industry Day. In addition, the Government will answer questions regarding the RFP. If industry is interested, the Government will entertain conducting "one-on-one" sessions starting on the afternoon of 20 Mar 2012 and continuing through the afternoon of 21 Mar 2012. These sessions will be limited to potential prime contractor teams. The purpose of these 2-hour sessions will be to strictly answer questions regarding the RFP. Two hour time slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and assignment will be provided via e-mail. RSVP required : If you are planning on attending the 20 Mar 2012 session, please RSVP to the CRH mailbox (below) NLT 14 Mar 2012. Please include all names and titles of individuals who will be attending Industry Days from each company. For those team participants who are Foreign Nationals, please include Foreign Nationals Name, Title, and Citizenship. This information is required due to facility access requirements. Comments on the draft RFP from industry will be expected in approximately 3 weeks from when it is released to industry. The draft RFP will be released to industry by posting on FBO with the exception of any classified information which must be mailed to a classified mailing address.
