- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is hereby informing industry that the solicitation for WSPO support services is cancelled. No award will be made from this solicitation and the proposal process is hereby terminated. We regret having to take this action, however this decision was necessary due to several converging factors, largely driven by changes to work scope, key tasks, and personnel that have occurred over the time we were conducting the competition. The Department of Homeland Security is also facing shrinking budgets, and has had other program priority changes that impacted this decision. We are working now with the Office of Information and Technology program team to redraft the applicable documents to meet U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) changed need for this procurement.
