- The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Water Education Foundation (WEF), Sacramento, CA. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for work on the ongoing Colorado River Project which includes 2012 Colorado River Symposium, River Tour, River Report and Western Water Magazine. WEF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a better understanding of water issues and helping to resolve water problems in the southwest. WEF has proprietary, intellectual and copyrighted material associated with the Colorado River Project and no other entity has access to the formulation of required publication and forum in support of the project. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
