- Description
- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the demonstration of the use of a bioswale for storm water management on a limited site footprint. The research demonstration shall provide lessons learned on the implementation, installation, and monitoring results of a bioswale design at Fort Hood, and result in a generated report detailing work conducted, materials used, quantities, and lessons learned from the demonstration, including implementation, costs, environmental, and social benefits. A required site visit will be scheduled for 3 April 2012 at 9am at Ft Hood TX. The completion date will be no later than 30 July 2012. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-12-T-0019 will be issued on or about 22 March 2012 with a closing date on or about 10 April 2012.
