- THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) (2.5.1.3) Patuxent River, MD 20670-1127 intends to negotiate a cost plus fixed fee contract on a sole source basis with DCS Corporation, 6909 Metro Park Drive STE 500 Alexandria Virginia 22310 to provide technical services to integrate and support common, cost-effective avionics solutions within the PMA 209 Common Systems Integration Lab (CSIL). This is an interim effort to provide services to PMA 209 pending a competitive award. This requirement is anticipated to have a level of effort of 6,080 man-hours. The anticipated period of performance is 09 July 2012 through 08 December 2012, with two(2) monthly options to extend the period of performance to 08 February 2013. This action is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. While this notice of intent is for informational purposes only, and not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability, respond to this requirement, and may submit information, which shall be considered by NAWCAD.
