- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Anadarko, Ok is hereby notifying the public of the intent to conduct a sole source procurement for telecommunication services FAR 6.302, Only one responsible source available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Southwestern Bell/At&t 12851 Manchester Road Room 1-W-250, Saint Louis MO, 63131, is the only vendor capable of providing telecommunicationservices. The Bureau of Indian Affairs intends to make a sole source award to Southwestern Bell/At&T with an estimated value of $61,070.00. This service will be used at Southern Plains Regional Office, 100 Riverside Drive, Anadarko, Ok 73005. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals and no technical capabilities statements are being requested. Phone calls will not be accepted. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
