- Naval Facilities Engineering Command NAVFAC, has established a requirement to provide technical facilities logistics expertise to the ILS Program throughout the period of performance (contract award to 28 September 2012) to accomplish specific technical program support tasking. theESHGroup is providing a specialized service which is being continued through this 15% scope expansion. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice.
