- Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Denver Delineated Area: See attached map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): ~8,812 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): ~8,812 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 49 Parking Spaces (Surface): 49 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 14 Gov’t Vehicles (secured), 25 Employee, 10 Visitor Spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 7 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: ** Dock doors or man doors required for sole use of Gov’t ** Public Restrooms must be available for visitors – not part of tenant space but building common area ** Space must be in Class A Building ** Outside secured parking will be considered in lieu of indoor secured Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
