- Description
- Provide structural canopies at the main entrances to the Clock Tower Building to protect pedestrians from stone pieces which may detach from the upper portions of the building and fall on passers-by below. The offeror shall provide a total of three canopies. The canopies shall consist of one to cover the main entrance door and stairs on the south side of the Clock Tower Building. The canopies shall be constructed of Glass Fiber / Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (GFRP/FRP) in accordance with the included specifications. All items described by this solicitation shall be delivered freight on board destination no later than 10 Weeks after receipt of order. The solicitation was a request for quote and was issued as a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS code 326199 with a 500 employee size standard apply. This requirement will be awarded a firm fixed price contract to the lowest priced quote that meets the requirements of the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government. No Award will be made by this solicitation. This project will be re-solicited as an Unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 326199 with Solicitation Number W912EK-12-T-0042. Solicitation W912EK-12-T-0042 will be available on FBO on or about March 2, 2012.
