- RFQ DACS12Q2127 The National Science Board (NSB) annual Award Ceremony and Dinner is a formal, black-tie affair that is attended by approximately 250 invited guests. The dinner is to be held on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the U.S. State Department Reception Room. The evening consists of a reception, sit-down dinner and awards ceremony that will be held from 6:30pm-10:00pm. The contractor will be responsible for providing all aspects of catering for the evening, to include: food and beverages, and catering service for 250 people; centerpiece arrangements; service personnel such as waiters, chefs, coat check and floor captains; and event set-up and clean-up.* NOTICE: ONLY U.S. Department of State Approved Caterers will be eligible for award. The U.S. Department of State has an approved list of caterers who are authorized to provide catering services within the State Department building. Only caterers on the approved list can respond to this request for quote and be eligible for award. *Please see the attached RFQ DACS12Q2127 for the full list of vendor responsibilities.
