- Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, the MICC-ICO Installation Contracting Office-Fort Jackson intends to extend the current contract/delivery order for subsistence items to U S Foodservice for six months. U S Foodservice is currently providing various subsistence items to Moncrief Army Community Hospital under a delivery order against a Veterans Administration prime vendor contract. All responsible sources may submit capability statements to the attention of the contract specialist which will be considered by the contracting office for future requirements. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION! NO SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS WILL BE ISSUED AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. A DETERMINATION TO PROCEED WITH THE AWARD WILL BE MADE BASED ON RESULTS OF THE RESPONSES RECEIVED. All capability statements must be received before 4:15PM (et) on 06 MARCH 2012 in order to be considered. The statements are to be emailed to Lillian.w.darby@us.army.mil
