- The VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD requires contractor(s) to provide radiology services on an FTEE basis and also a per procedure basis at the VA Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. It is anticipated that the schedule of services will be broken down into two sections: 1)The VA requires 1.75 FTE Radiologists to be present at the VA located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and a.1.0 FTEE Board certified or eligible in Radiology and be a NRC Authorized user of by product Materials to provide Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. services to include general nuclear medicine and SPECT/CT, *MRI, CT, Diagnostic Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology Procedures capable of being performed at the VA Medical Center and General Radiographic/Fluoroscopic procedures, including interpretations. Contracted individual to serve as the department's Chief Radiologist. The 1.0 FTE is required to be on-site at the VA Medical Center 40 hours per week. b.0.75 FTEE Board certified or eligible in Radiology and be a NRC Authorized user of by product Materials to provide Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. services to include general nuclear medicine and SPECT/CT, MRI, CT, Diagnostic Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology Procedures capable of being performed at the VA Medical Center and General Radiographic/Fluoroscopic procedures, including interpretations. The.75 FTE is required to be on-site at the VA Medical Center 30 hours per week. 2)The VA Sioux Falls also has a requirement for emergency afterhours reads (5:00 P.M. - 8:00 A.M.) on a per procedure basis. It is anticipated that Offerors may submit pricing for all line items or a combination of line items. The government anticipates reserving the right to make multiple awards. These services are required for veteran patients of the Sioux Falls VAMC in accordance with the statement of work. NAICS 621111 with a size standard of $10.0 million. The solicitation will be available on the website o/a 03/16/2012. Any amendments issued will also be posted on the website; it is the offeror's responsibility for obtaining any amendments.
