- Justification Deloitte Consulting LLP- Economic Governance Task Order This award was an exception to fair opportunity set forth in FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ia)(A) for the award of a task order (Economic Governance Task Order) under the Global Business, Trade, and Investment (GBTI) II IQC to Deloitte LLP. The task order is for six months, in the amount of $6.3 million and will prevent a gap in USAID's assistance to core governance institutions in the Republic of South Sudan (RSS).
