- DESIRED REQUIREMENT: WSS is anticipating requirements for repair of the following items: NIIN: 01-599-5527, P/N: 8144365-001; NIIN 01-598-5138, P/N: 8144366-001; NIIN: 01-530-0220, P/N: 60030200-000; NIIN:01-504-0403, P/N: 8144365-001; & NIIN: 01-504-0378, P/N: 8144366-001. NAVSUP WSS will continue to encourage suppliers with the expertise to repair the subject item to submit a complete technical data package for review and source approval by the appropriate engineering source approval authority. This item is a highly specialized part designed and manufactured by a non government activity and the technical data required for the manufacture of this item is not available. RESPONSE INFORMATION: Interested Parties whose products/systems possess the above characteristics are invited to submit the following information as part of a Capability Statement: 1) product/system summary; 2) general manufacturing and delivery lead times; 3) general pricing information, 4) company name, address, telephone number, and website address (if available); 5) the type of business (large or small); and 6) the name, telephone number, and e-mail address of a technical point of contact having the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with Government representatives. GENERAL INFORMATION: This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or Request for Quote or as an obligation on the part of WSS for conducting a follow-on-acquisition. WSS does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Notice, or otherwise pay for the information requested. No entitlement or payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by WSS will arise as a result of submission of responses to this Notice and WSS use of such information. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS EXISTS AT THIS TIME. The North American Industries Classification System (NAICS) codes for this project is 336413. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the WSS and does not imply an intention or the opportunity to acquire funding to support current or future efforts. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the information submitted.
