- Appendix F - Wage Determination Appendix E - Experience and Capability Questionnaire Appendix D - Quality Assurance Checklist Appendix C - Performance Requirements Summary Appendix B - Service Delivery Summary Appendix A - Requirements Schedule Solicitation - AG-82MK-S-12-0006 AG-82MK-S-12-0006 is for Janitorial Services for the Gunnison Ranger District and Gunnison Service Center on the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. The offices are located at 216 North Colorado Street and 108 East Georgia in Gunnison, Colorado. This Janitorial Services contract shall include all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for March 21, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Details of the meeting will be included in the Solicitation. This pre-proposal meeting is NOT mandatory. All participants must RSVP by March 20, 2012, at 4:00 p.m., by contacting Peggy Dobie at 970-642-4415. This is total small business set aside. The anticipated date for award of this solicitation is May 1, 2012. The due date is identified in the solicitation. The solicitation is available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) in accordance to FAR 52.204-7 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204-8 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
