- THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO CONTRACTORS ON THE GENERAL MACC. The inclusive contract numbers are: N40085-09-D-5019, N40085-09-D-5020, N40085-09-D-5021, N40085-09-D-5022, N40085-09-D-5023, N40085-09-D-5026, N40085-09-D-5027, N40085-09-D-5033, and N40085-09-D-5034. This project accomplishes structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression upgrades to Building 3601, Shields Hall Navy Gateway Inn and Suites(NGIS), a large three story, three wing (183,511 SF) Transient Quarters, and brings the facility within standards identified in UFC 4-721-10, UFC 4-010-01 and current building code compliance. Building repairs will require construction phasing to ensure facility remains operational.
