- MARAD is seeking a contractor that is adept at business process mapping, leadership development, organizational design and implementation. The contractor shall help the MARAD Office of Human Resources to develop and implement organizational strategy, design and alignment recommendations for MARAD and for the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA). Proposal must be submitted no later than 4pm March 8, 2012. Proposal must be submitted through SBA WOSB/EDWOSB Repository. Please see the attached Statement of Work. The applicable NAICS codes are 541612 (Human Resource Consulting Services). Size standard is $7 million for each. THIS IS A 100% WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM CERTIFIED WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH SBA WOSB/EDWOSB REPOSITORY.
