- The purpose of this acquisition is to procure four (4) units of thirty-two (32) inch televisions with liquid-crystal display (LCD), high-definition (HD) flat screens with DVD combinations (televisions with DVD combinations) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Distribution Centers (DC) in Barrigada, Guam. The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is the award of one firm fixed price Purchase Order (PO). The purpose of this acquisition is to procure four (4) units of thirty-two (32) inch televisions with liquid-crystal display (LCD), high-definition (HD) flat screens with DVD combinations (televisions with DVD combinations) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Distribution Centers (DC) in Barrigada, Guam. The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is the award of one firm fixed price Purchase Order (PO). Quotes shall be submitted electronically through email to Dominic.Lackey@gsa.gov and Yong.Foston@gsa.gov by Monday, March 19, 2012 at 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. At a minimum, a completed quote shall contain offered pricing (offered pricing must include the unit price inclusive of discounts, transportation charges for delivery (if applicable), and the total price proposed), requirements, technical conformance, delivery, past performance, and environmental impact statement. All questions regarding this procurement should be sent electronically to Dominic.Lackey@gsa.gov and Yong.Foston@gsa.gov with the subject line "Televisions with DVD", by March 9, 2012 at 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. Any questions received after this date will not be answered. Quotes shall not exceed two (2) pages.
