- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other incidentals necessary to brush Forest Service roadsides located in various counties in Kentucky, within the boundaries of the Daniel Boone National Forest. The work shall include clearing, removing, and disposing of bushes, small trees, overhanging limbs, and hazard trees less than six inches in diameter that have encroached into the clearing zone and in accordance with the specifications. This project will be solicited using the Request for Proposal format with one Base Year and additional Option Years. A firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated as a result of this solicitation. Multiple awards may be made based upon the best value to the Government.
